

Upon trying to get in for touch ups, followups I ran into issues where they tried booking me with the same injector, the manager was supposed to be at my follow up and wasnt multiple times but no one informed me until I got there so I changed my work schedule and wasted my time driving into multiple appointments where nothing could be done. I came in months ago for botox and had an inexperienced injector that told me I only needed 30 something units and I knew I needed at least 50. Please do your research before you spend your money. It has been almost a week and to this day I have not had a genuine conversation about this matter and my concerns. I really feel like I am being played with and the negligence on their part is truly unacceptable and untrustworthy. I'm writing this complaint to let the public know, "Buyer Beware". I went in the office on Wednesday to request my money back and that someone name Mary would contact me. She sent me a medical form and told me to fill it out.

Towards the end of the day Tuesday I contacted the Summerlin office and the receptionist said that the NP was busy but would get back to me shortly. When I didn't hear from anyone by the close of the day on Monday 6/26/22 I called the 1- 800 number and spoke with someone who assured me someone would contact me on Tuesday.

I never seen a full contract at this point. I purchased a service through a virtual platform on Jand was told someone would contact me in a couple days. The way my transaction was handled seems so shady after the purchase. I have just spent a very large amount of money for a service that I would not have done at this establishment.

I am so very disappointed and frustrated with this company.
